That is Pakistan's mistake. Next time target both, the Pakistani Taliban as well as the Afghan Taliban. Because even if you only target the Pakistani Taliban, the response will still come directly from the Afghan Taliban.

The Taliban had been in a state of war against Pakistan for 2 years. Their loyalists in the state funded think tanks of Pakistan and foreign affairs desks kept policy suppressed . Only a fool would ignore this. It is a state of war more serious than the Eastern border.
