We are experiencing some network routing issues due to a internet provider in London having problems with their servers. This will affect some of our clients that use those routes to connect to our services. Others will be unaffected. It is being actively investigated.
We've been informed that the TrueSpeed issue has now been resolved and are waiting on confirmation that existing customers can now connect reliably again. Thanks @theTRUESPEED
Some people on the TrueSpeed ISP network are having intermittent issues connecting to our network. Engineers across the entire route are currently investigating. TrueSpeed have managed to replicate the connection issue and are doing their own investigations too. #teamwork
Services are all back online. There were complications with moving traffic from the old data centre to the new one so things took longer than we hoped it would, but it's all done now. It's a one-off event so are not expecting any more issues.

Network issue has been resolved but will be continually monitored. 🕵️
Some users on the BT network are reporting a slowdown in services. This is currently being investigated by the datacentre & BT.
Hardware change-over at the data centres. Out with the old, in with the new. No one noticed because it had no disruption. #wellplanned
We are back up and running. A power control system had failed. It has been brought back online. It will be replaced so not to happen again.
We apologise to everyone that is affected by the fault. We are doing everything we can to bring services back online asap.

Great news! Network upgrades have been implemented over the weekend at the data centre. No more more events as per last month!
