Android can now boot on RISC-V. It's not fully optimized, Android Runtime (ART) is still a work in progress, and it's not taking advantage of vector instructions. But it works. Try it yourself, it's a platform target in AOSP now: aosp_cf_riscv64_phone-userdebug
