With the previous tweet in mind. I tried sourdough sandwich loaves for lunches during the week and a normal sourdough cob but big enough I could try and get arty with it! First time for both of these definitely room for improvement!
Mixed bag baking today while trying new things. Sourdough is the way you ferment bread which is much healthier for you as it breaks down the grains and makes them easier to digest compared to standard commercial yeasted loaves with 15 ingredients you never heard of!

All 3 breads came out pretty well! Only sliced the olive bread so far but very pleased with the crumb and tastes amazing. First time I've added anything to the dough and will definitely be doing it again! #SourdoughSeptember #realbread
