This is why top Tech & Data jobs have tough technical interviews covering coding, SQL, stats, probability, etc, and it'll only get more rigorous over time. A college degree from a "good" UC school doesn't mean much.

It's so SAD that the #1 most-asked interview question is the same one I see sooooo many people answer poorly. Most people wing their answer, and don't realize there are levels to this game!


1:1 Networking with top execs & leaders in your field is overrated. They’re usually too busy to help, and their advice is usually not applicable. Instead, try to learn from people just 1-2 steps ahead of you! They were recently in your shoes, and thus give better guidance!
