People that live overall healthy lifestyles, including exercise, a healthy diet and adequate sleep, are better at fighting viruses. They should have been pushing that message from the start. Instead they acted like we all had the same risk and pushed these garbage injections.
Get a good night sleep or your vaccine won’t work as well… what’s next? How about saying to yourself in the mirror after your shot “this time the vaccine will work” 3 times in a row while spinning. Insane.
