Holy shit, this ad is incredible. 🔥🔥
North Dakota Century Code section 27-13-01(1) says attorneys must "maintain respect for courts of justice and judicial officers." So what, exactly, is a "court of justice"? And what's a "judicial officer"? And what's it mean to "maintain respect"? Asking for a bunch of friends.
The fact that the Texas Solicitor General is defending SB8 in the Supreme Court is totally inconsistent with his argument that his boss—the Texas Attorney General—has nothing to do with the law’s enforcement.
How are Trump supporters getting any research done today?
If I'm tracking this right, @joerogan was fully vaccinated, got coronavirus (which smart people know can happen), he had almost no symptoms, is feeling great now, and the lesson I'm supposed to take away is that the vaccine is bad? What am I missing?
As we read how the Supreme Court preserved the Affordable Care Act for the 3rd time, a reminder that ND was among the GOP states challenging the law even though thousands of North Dakotans benefit from it - like Medicaid Expansion & coverage for those with preexisting conditions.
One of two things is true. Either (a) we have a racism problem in North Dakota schools, or (b) someone is -- or some people are -- spending a lot of time making up anonymous examples of racism in ND schools. #youdecide #takeschoolsoutofthistweet instagram.com/racisminndscho…
It'd be a real shame if Georgia lost the MLB All-Star Game because of its oppressive voting laws. Wait. What's that you're saying?!?
Pro Tip: This quite bad ass.
Garland’s tops off his list of his 10 most signifiant cases with: 1) United States v. Kaczynski 2) United States v. McVeigh
You'd think with all these national guard soldiers sleeping on marble floors in the U.S. Capitol Building, there would be some sort of Commander who would be looking out for their needs, making sure they had cots or bedrolls or something. Like a Chief Commander of some sort.
The fire turns on one of the arsonists.
A source sends this video of a group of Trump supporters today harassing Sen. Lindsey Graham at Reagan airport and loudly calling him a “traitor” after he publicly broke with Trump earlier this week.

It appears we may be entering the "hostage crisis" phase of Trump's presidency.
“The president is willing to concede if certain conditions are met,” says Rick Santorum on CNN, but staying in office is not a choice for Trump. He’ll be out of the White House in January
It's important to be specific.
I feel like we didn’t focus enough on the fact that someone in the Trump campaign meant to schedule the “four seasons hotel” but definitely accidentally scheduled this “four seasons landscaping” store and they had to follow through with it. Veep was not this good.
Hey, Fascist @ThomasBeadle: What out-of-state special interest bought the German car for you? With American companies struggling so much, you'd think the Boogaloo Bois (or whoever) could have sprung for something made by an American business.
