It’s #ophthalmology match day. Many excellent people will find out they did not match and that’s a problem. There will never be enough positions but we need more ophthalmologists and need to find a way to train more. The population isn’t getting younger. @aao_ophth

The message you are attempting to send is not necessarily the one that is received. We don’t control what others “hear” when we communicate and trust can be eroded quickly when the sent and received messages don’t align well.
