It feels weird being married within social circles that consist primarily of people that aren't married. Ideas, beliefs, and actions within the circle that I once use to align with no longer align. I always thought marriage wouldn't change anything. What a naive thought.
Having homestay students has drastically changed my experience with life. I feel a different sense of fulfillment being their guardian; responsible for their safety, growth, and wellbeing. It comes even before my own desires for myself; something I use to only care about.
It's funny how me five years ago pursued freedom, independence, and thrill. Now I just want peace, stability, and the safety of those I care over.

The difference about getting married is that every decision you make is no longer about you anymore. Life goes from "me, me, me" to "us." And some people need that shift in perspective to start making the better decisions they've been wanting to make.
Streaming again reignited something in me. Of all types of content mediums (writing, photos, short-form, long-form) nothing feels closer to real life interaction than live streaming.
