I commissioned @Spoony_Dev for a ship 3D model. He promised that if we paid 100% of the fee upfront, we would receive the model within 2-3 days. Instead, it turned into a 2-month-long battle with PayPal, talking to customer service and providing evidence.
He kept delaying the commission and being unresponsive. He said he would finish but never did. After missing multiple deadlines and nearly a month, I issued a chargeback, and he actively tried to fight the case despite me not receiving any product.
