A8 I know I solve problems a certain way so I invite other teachers or coaches into the classroom. They offer suggestions, like creating a system so that students control the interactive boards. #isteTEN
A3 Admin asked me how did I know what a student learned after some elearning activity? She suggested modeling how to watch a video to learn, how to ..etc...etc.. interesting point (aside from the end product) #isteTEN
#isteten I think I'm personalizing when I look at my data and decide which group of students to work with and set goals with them with some choice
