Just finishing up on this TI. Not quite done with the art, but the New paint, flooring, wallcover and furniture are such an improvement. This is the Main lobby before and after.
This beautiful building just needed TLC. New inside and out. Challenges with those red mullion windows, diamonds on the lobby wall, dark lighting and overall colors didn't match. The new look is Class A thanks to a client with great taste.
