Susan stopped mid-sip, and then the BIGGEST smile appeared on her face. The mug was set down, coffee forgotten, and she pulled Johnny into a hug. "That's wonderful! Congratulations." She feels happy tears forming in her eyes. "My baby brother is getting married. (🥺)"
“Oh, nothing, just—“ Sooo casually waving his left hand near her face, fingers wiggling to show off the engagement ring on the fourth one. Trying and FAILING to suppress his wide smile. “I’m getting married.”
"It's delicious." She said, smile never leaving her face even as he took the book out of her hands. "I'm glad you're alright, you do? What is it?" He has her full, undivided, attention now.
“Is it good?” He’s super annoying, so he takes the book from her hands (keeping the page she’s on, though) to look at the front and back covers. “Yeah, I’m alright … actually have something to tell you, though. Pretty big.”

“Hey Sue,” Johnny says to announce his presence as he walks into the living area. He places the mug for her on the little coffee table within reach, then sits himself right next his sister so he can look at the pages of her book. “What’cha reading?”
"Rest well, Olivia." Her smile doesn't fade while she takes a sip of her coffee, watching her daughter head towards her bedroom.
“… yeah, hopefully I get a few hours in at least. See you later.” Stepped out as she headed over to her own room to catch some Zs.
"I've found that sleeping in your own bed is the best when you're trying to sleep." She leads him into their bedroom, guiding him towards the bed. "But you still need a reasonable amount of sleep, can you lay down on the bed for me?"

[I need Sue to brutally reject Namor and not tolerate his creepiness if he tries anything in Avengers Doomsday, I'm not going to be happy if she doesn't.
She's lucky to have such a kind brother like him. He can find her on the couch, reading a book to pass the time.
And this makes Susan even more concerned, setting her coffee down. The drink was quickly forgotten. "Come on, let me see if I can help you fall asleep." She gently takes hold of his hand, beginning to lead him towards their bedroom. "Laying down in your own bed will help."

"He has more times than I can count but I don't mind, it isn't his fault." It didn't take Susan long to accept that, that Franklin has powers they don't yet understand. "Okay, try to get as much sleep as you." Susan says with a soft, motherly smile.
“Yeah wouldn’t be normal if the baby didn’t wake you guys up at least once…” Still can’t shake the idea that her little brother is not an ordinary baby “I should probably head to sleep now. Wake me up if anything crazier happens.”
If Rogue somehow winds up not being a strategist, I am killing Namor and feeding him to the very fishes he adores so much.
