9B lost to Watertown 54-34 with Jack Fredrickson leading the way with 6 pts.
9A won 56-51 in OT with a great all around effort. Rafe Nohrenberg 14 pts and Goodie Sonstegard 9 pts led the way for the Knights.
Sophomore (5-0) hold off a late Watertown push to win 60-52. The Knights had control from start to finish. We had great sparks off the bench, Abe Struck led the Knights with 11
Our JV boys lost a great battle 47-50 here in Watertown. Back and forth game that simply slipped away at the end. Leyton Arend led the Knights with 12. Talec Schlimgen chipped in 8.
Sophomore’s improve to 4-0 on the year after defeating Brookings 64-29 behind a 32 point fourth quarter. The Knights played TEAM basketball and shared the ball! All Knights scored and Keanu Santos led the way with 10.
Our JV’ers start the evening with a strong defensive effort beating the Brookings Bobcats 49-26 and claiming their first victory of the season. Led offensively by Kai Good in the first half with 12 points, and in the 2nd half by Weston Satter with a 10 point effort.
Sophomores get their third win in a row with a complete team effort! The Knights beat Jefferson 55-47. Everyone scored for the Knights, but Spencer Pick (12) and Keanu Santos (10) lead the team.
JV lost 59-50. Boys played really hard. With A LOT of guys out with illnesses, we had different guys play in new rotations and roles. A lot of guys came in and played great minutes. Nice spark by Dawson Buller and Max Vorthus. Awesome defense intensity by Drake Severson.

Sophomores get their second win of the season over Roosevelt 59-32! The Knights played a great start to finish game! Great defensive effort all around! The Knights were led by Jason Trooien with 16
Or JV ran into a buzz saw! Roosevelt just couldn’t miss. Now…some of that was on us defensively yet credit RHS. We’ll just keep our heads up, learn from it and move on. We dropped to 0-2 with the loss (74-42). We were led by Kai Good (12) and Talec Schlimgen (8).

Tough start for our Freshmen but certainly a lot to grow on. Got beat by a bigger stronger BV Team but will show up tomorrow ready to compete and improve. Fresh A lost 39-59 Fresh B lost 59 - 16
First game of the season for the OG JV. Lost 51-39. Boys played hard and battled! Led by Good (12) and Schlimgen (8). Played well on both ends! Our JV guys have a huge upside and we can’t wait to watch them improve throughout the season. Back in action tomorrow @ RHS 12:00. 🏀

Can it already be game week? I love it! The Knights have a fun and challenging weekend ahead. Friday night we travel to Brandon Valley to take on last seasons ‘AA’ Champions and Saturday we visit a very talented Roosevelt squad. Hope to see you there supporting the Knights! 🏀
