When you wear Hey Dudes to the weight room that tells me you aren’t very serious about training or at least about your preparation to train.
The quickest improvements often come from doing obvious stuff others aren't willing to do. Sleep more, eat better, hydrate sufficiently, show up on time, tune out distractions, and take pride in each rep. Lather, rinse, repeat.
