Average UK house prices increased by 2.6%, to £272,000 in the 12 months to September 2025, down from 3.1% in the 12 months to August. Average UK private rents rose by 5.0%, to £1,360 in the 12 months to October 2025, down from 5.5% in the 12 months to September.
