Earlier today, I received the Presidential nominees for the roles of Chairman and members of the Board of Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) @NgComCommission in my office. The nominees were later screened by the Senate Committee on Communications.
Yesterday, I had the honour of hosting the newly appointed Service Chiefs in my office for a strategic briefing and guidance session ahead of their Senate screening and subsequent confirmation at the Senate Chambers.

Our discussion centred on strengthening collaboration and exploring strategic partnerships and synergies, between the regional commission and the Senate to drive progress and development in the North-West region, aligning with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda.

This meeting provided a valuable opportunity for us to discuss the crucial role of the NASS in supporting the NWDC and ultimately aligning to the realization of President Tinubu's Renewed Hope vision for sustainable development and prosperity in the North-West region.
It was a delight to receive Senator Babangida Hussain, Chairman of the Senate Committee on North-West Development Commission, (NWDC) from Jigawa State, and. Hon. Dr. Sulaiman Abubakar Gumi, Chairman of the House Committee on (NWDC) from Zamfara State, in my office today.
