Hon'ble Minister Health and Family welfare visited the Food Testing Laboratory situated in the OSMCL campus and emphasized on enforcement of food safety through better surveillance.
Hon'ble Minister H & FW has taken review of activities of Odisha State Medical Corporation on 13.09.2024. Hon'ble Minister stressed on quality and timely procurement of Drugs and Biomedical Equipments. He also emphasized further strengthening of Biomedical Equipment Mgmt system.

Accidental fire broke out at Mancheswar MARKFED Godown No.3 at late night on 09.07.23. Some OSMCL supplies were stored in this godown(PPE kits,sanitizers etc). All goods are insured. Fire was controlled by prompt action of Police & Fire Services without any injuries/casualties.
