This stunning Bald Eagle was resting peacefully dreaming of the beach, when rudely awoken by the snowy reality it calls home... Just shake it off and go back to sleep💤❄️ #CAwx

The west side of #RMNP has been getting snow this morning. It's not snowing this minute, but it's cloudy. Currently 31ºF, 18" snow on the ground with 1" new. Roads are slushy & snow covered. Snowshoe & crosscountry ski conditions are fair.
Proper food storage is extra important as bears come out of hibernation this month! Knowing local rules and regulations, and taking the time to follow them, will help to keep wildlife safe.
