Yuuri was going to surprise @BladesOfRoyaIty. He was going to throw the Halloween party that his daughter wanted. But alcohol would be limited and ids would be needed. If anyone underage was caught drinking there would be hell to pay. Maybe he shouldn’t even involve alcohol?
