Study sheds light on poverty in Upstate Hispanic community
GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – Hispanic families seeking higher education and higher paying jobs may find them harder to achieve in the Upstate compared to other parts of the country.
We have an eye on the Statehouse and S191. The bill would supply the same support for kinship caregivers as foster parents. The Foundation is sponsoring Kinship Care Day at the Capital on March 19th to shine the light on the skyrocketing number of kinship care cases in SC.
