As human as we are, there is always a higher tendency to focus on the bad than the good. The pressures of this world have a way of compelling us to magnify our problems. God encourages us to do otherwise. Let's make it a point to magnify and proclaim the goodness of God always.

Christ died for everyone. Salvation is available for all men — No matter your age, tribe, background or sins you've committed. All you have to do is simply receive this new life from Christ. He died so you wouldn't perish. Live for something greater, live for Christ Jesus.

There is power, blessings and graces locked up in the scriptures. The only way to release them is at the point of obedience. We are not called to just know the ways of the Lord, we are called to follow them. Obeying and living by the word of God will be of great value to you.

The power to overcome sin is found in the word of God. The Bible says the word of God is the power of God unto salvation. The amount of God's word you carry in you will determine your decisions in the face of sin. The revelation you find in the Word becomes your anchor over sin.

There are lots of mysteries, insights and counsel in the word of God. Yet we cannot see them by simply reading the Bible. It takes the Holy Spirit to open your eyes to see. Anytime you're about reading your bible, pray the Holy Spirit opens the eyes of your understanding.

The word of God is a dependable and powerful tool given to us by God to guide us to know Him, find ourselves in Him and teach us how to walk with Him and others. As a child of God, your delight should be in the word. Studying and meditating upon it day and night. Read your Bible!

Anytime you praise the Lord, you are declaring that you are alive and full of life. Your praise to the Lord is one of the ways you are sustained. So anytime you feel any part of your life is dying, just praise the Lord over that area and it will be filled with life. Hallelujah!

All around us is a lot of self-help books which aim at helping us find ourselves and our purpose. As good as they may be, there is no better way to find yourself than seeking the Lord. It is in the Lord we find our true self and purpose. Seek the Lord daily.

Prayer works. Tried, tested and approved, prayer works powerfully. Sometimes the answer may not come the time and the manner we want but prayer surely works. Pray daily, pray consistently. The lifeline of your destiny is hinged on prayer. Pray without ceasing at all times.

We must develop the habit of daily worship. The cares and problems of this world can be so overwhelming that the tendency to be self-centred during prayer becomes very high. The truth is worship is one of the most powerful ways to access the blessings of the Lord.

Being a good person is very difficult due to wickedness and ungratefulness. God, being aware of this, encourages us to not give up on being good because He is the one who rewards not man. Every good you do is a seed and at the right time, you will reap a great harvest.

Faith is the confident trust in what God has said and Hope is the joyful expectation that what God has promised will come to pass. As you wait on the Lord in faith, may God fill you up with all the peace and joy you need so that you may not waver at His promises to you.

Available for you is the divine counsel and guidance of God for every aspect of your life. Seek that counsel before you take any step and do well to obey and walk in it, then will your ways be prosperous. The counsel of God, unlike that of men never fails. Walk in His wisdom.

To wait on the Lord is not to sit doing nothing but that in whatever you are doing, your hope and guidance are in the Lord. The Bible says they that do this, the Lord gives them renewed strength continually to walk in His will unto an expected glorious end. Hope in the Lord.

This is a reminder to you that the love and compassion God has for you is constant and new every day. God does not love you less today than He did yesterday. He is a faithful God and so is His love towards us. Take advantage of that love because in it lies divine protection.

In this new month, let us believe in God for His supernatural abundance and unexpected blessings. Everything you have prayed to God about know that He can exceed your expectations and by His divine provision, He will answer your prayers. Don't lose hope, God is more than able.

One of the most certain ways doors get opened is by knocking. As children of God we have a Father who has assured us entry any time we knock. It's therefore time we stop worrying about how the door will open (that is a God problem) and focus on mastering the art of knocking.

God answers prayers. He has through many scriptures proven to us that He answers our prayers. Just go before God and pour your heart out the best way you can, and He will hear and answer you. Sometimes not the way you want it, but surely He will answer with what is best for you.

God is all powerful meaning in Him all power holds and is sustained. At any point in time when you feel powerless and weak, spend time with the Lord in prayer and worship and He will furnish you with power. To survive and make impact you need power and God has it in abundance.

We must develop the habit of speaking the word of God into our lives and in every situation we face. The word of God has power that changes things. The Bible says it is the power of God unto salvation. Speak the word and see the salvation of the Lord manifest in your life.
