We are a group that want to see what's really going on at ACCT in Philadelphia. Particularly the financial side which seems to be kept from the public.

Without proper training. How can they 'revamp' the volunteer program but not train them properly? They worry and ban veteran vols for talking, reprimand veteran vols for sorting donations but do NOTHING that actually makes the shelter BETTER.
ACCT Philly is crumbling from the inside out. Adoption counselors that can't handle dogs (im told one is afraid), new volunteers not being trained properly ('green' vols taking 'blue' dogs out, taking leashes off in runs, allowing dogs to meet). Bad things can only happen....
In 2015, @PhillyCouncil passed a resolution to address the lack of funds and space @ACCTPhilly Since then, 14,375 animals have died and they haven't done anything! @MayorKenney time to stop talking and take do something!
