In RE, 3H have been learning about the charity Muslim Aid. They have been discussing how Muslim Aid gives support to people in need. 3H created a Kindness Bottle and gave it to the adults and pupils in 1M, they can read one of our kind messages if they are feeling sad!
Some of our students visited the Range during Maths to collect items from their shopping list. They read the list carefully and shared jobs to find the items in the store, making sure they were within budget! @PCABlackpool

5I have been cooking at The Oracle this morning. They have created a garlic beef stir fry, garlic bread and a selection of sandwiches & wraps. They worked as a team throughout and enjoyed serving their masterpieces to their peers! @PCABlackpool @SeaViewTrust

5M enjoyed making banana muffins during their cooking lesson. They followed instructions, sourced the correct ingredients & utensils and enjoyed eating their muffins all in one lesson! @PCABlackpool
Today some of our KS5 students visited Pizza Express. They discussed the history of pizza and the Pizza Express brand, before being shown how to make their own pizzas. They all learnt valuable skills and knowledge to help our own 'Dough on the Go' venture! 🍕@SeaViewTrust
As part of our Sixth Form external college links, 8 of our students are now enrolled on a weekly course at Blackpool & Fylde college, as they work towards a qualification in Health and Childcare. They already can’t wait for their next session next week! @PCABlackpool

Today the entire Sixth Form visited the Arcade Club as their end of year rewards trip! They all had a fantastic time trying to beat each other's high scores and trying out the retro computer games that they had never played before! 👾 @PCABlackpool @SeaViewTrust
Our KS5 Photography group have been out in the community snapping key images as they focused on the topic of transport. They took lots of photos of cars, buses, bridges and traffic lights before picking their favourites to create a magazine article for their peers! 📸 @PCAOracle

It’s another beautiful day for our Silver DofE team as they begin their final day of their 3 day expedition. Everything was packed away smoothly before they headed out on their final walk and making a quick pit stop for ice cream along the way! @PCAOracle @DofENorth @SeaViewTrust

Our Sixth Form Silver DofE group have arrived at Bibby's Farm for their qualifying expedition. They quickly set up camp and completed their first walk around Rivington Pike. After a long day they are now relaxing with a game of dominoes before they cook their tea! @DofENorth
Our students throughly enjoyed their college placements this week at @MyerscoughColl and @b_and_fc These external opportunities continue to provide real-world learning in a supportive environment, and our students are already looking forward to next week’s session! @PCABlackpool
