This afternoon, we went on a little adventure to our Hive space. We were very busy exploring the new areas. We loved the sensory toys- especially the fidget poppers. 🐝 @PCPHive

The Blue Zone: one that encompasses our lowest level of energy/alertness and can be helpful when we have goals like falling asleep. It also includes when we have sad, bored, or lonely feelings. Some examples of Blue Zone tools are drinking H20, or stretching! #zonesofregulation
