The people who are publicly dismissing, defending or making excuses for the racist group chat have likely written or said the same things in similar circumstances. There's no excuse for this type of discourse. It is gross, vile and should be considered un-American.

I go back and forth on what has more tension: Playoff baseball or OT in playoff hockey. This Tigers/Mariners game has been like OT Stanley Cup playoffs for about 3 hours.
