September is National Family Meals Month! Did you know that children who regularly eat meals with their families eat more fruits and veggies? Family meals are a great way to stay connected with loved ones and can encourage more nutritious eating habits down the line.

On Farmworker Appreciation Day, we honor the hardworking hands who make it possible for our communities to thrive. Farmworkers are the backbone of our country’s food system — planting, tending, and harvesting the good food that nourishes us all. We are deeply grateful for them!

National Farmers Market Week is August 3rd -9th! Farmers' markets are a great way to support local farmers, purchase fresh produce, and connect with your community. They also help to make healthier foods more accessible to everyone!
