Managers @Delta at ATL need to get their people trained to help direct passengers to self tag machines. Unused kiosks tucked away and no one knows they are available because agents are too busy telling people they can’t line up here or there.
Horrible @Delta experience at ATL check in. Did prechk & prepay bags still took 50 mins. Nothing but excuses and inadequate help from red coat. Unused kiosks but agents not allowing passengers to get in line to get to them.
