By all means, get your Covid/flu vaccines but remember that an properly-fitted N95/P100/FFP2/FFP3 mask will go a long way to keep you from being infected in the first place. Vaccines are excellent, but nothing beats not getting infected in the first place.
I know of many people struggling with COVID at the moment. Please remember to stay up to date with your vaccines. Last season was the mildest one yet for COVID. But it still hospitalized as many people as the worst flu season in over 15 years. COVID is not over.

Public health really dropped the ball. People don't understand you don't wait until you see or hear someone coughing or sneezing to put on a mask. Just wear the mask because a sick person doesn't need to sneeze or cough to spread germs. Simply breathing is enough.

if you are mourning or eulogizing Alice Wong and you consider yourself a radical leftist but have stopped masking, the very least you can do to honor her is be more conscious and intentional about wearing a respirator in public spaces for disabled people (and yourself.)
