Planned network maintenance is scheduled for Sunday, May 28 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During this time Internet and Phone services at Prairie Spirit schools and offices will experience intermittent outages.


The service interruption affecting PowerSchool Atrieve has been resolved.

There is an unplanned service outage affecting blogs.spiritsd.ca (including school websites). Services will be restored by 2:30 PM today.


Microsoft 365 is experiencing technical issues this morning. Access to Microsoft 365 apps, including Outlook Teams and OneDrive may be unavailable.

We're investigating access issues with Microsoft 365 Online apps and the Teams admin center. Further information can be found under OO544150 within the Microsoft 365 admin center.



The service disruption affecting Edsby has been resolved. If you continue to experience any troubles with Edsby, please contact the Help Desk.

Most @Edsby systems in Canada are now back to normal performance after being impacted by a Microsoft Azure storage outage earlier today. All remaining Edsby servers should resume normal performance and availability in the next 15 minutes.

Some @Edsby systems are experiencing temporary service disruptions due to an issue with Microsoft Azure, our hosting provider. Microsoft assures this is a temporary problem and will be fixed soon. We'll advise here when we learn more.


Access to Edsby is unavailable. We have reached out to Edsby support.


Access to some services, such as MySchoolSask, Edsby and Microsoft 365, will continue to operate normally and be available from home without interruption.


Planned network maintenance is scheduled for Saturday, February 11 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. All network services at Prairie Spirit schools and offices will experience intermittent outages lasting up to two hours.


MySchoolSask has been restored.


MySchoolSask is experiencing a service outage. We are in contact with the Ministry to identify what is causing the disruption.


Edsby access will not be impacted by the upcoming MySchoolSask maintenance period.


MySchoolSask Student registration (enrollment/withdrawal) will be unavailable starting Wednesday, December 21 at 5:00 PM and MySchoolSask will be offline beginning Thursday, December 22 at 5:00 PM. The Ministry expects all services to be restored the morning of December 30.


The scan to email issues are now rectified. If you continue to experience copier issues, please contact the Help Desk.


We are investigating an issue regarding users unable to scan to email from photocopiers. An update will be sent when further information is available or the issue is resolved.
