Packers vs. Bears on a short week. The Packers rested their starters today, while the Bears battled for 60 minutes against the Lions.

I'm guessing the Packers will play the Saturday night game or the late Sunday afternoon game.
I said the same thing a few months ago about Raheem Morris. That would be the smart move, although promoting from within is probably more likely.
I’d keep an eye on him for Packers defensive coordinator if Matt LaFleur stays and Jeff Hafley gets a head coaching job.

Unless the Commanders rally behind third-string QB Josh Johnson, the Packers look to be on their way to Philadelphia next weekend. Matt LaFleur is 1-5 against the Eagles.
I'm guessing if the Packers go to Chicago, the game will open as a pick 'em or maybe the Packers favored by a point or two. If the Packers go to Philadelphia, they'd probably open as a 5 or 6-point underdog.
It wouldn't surprise me if Trevon Diggs started at cornerback next week. I get the sense that Carrington Valentine is in the doghouse after his pathetic display of tackling in recent games.
With a chance to play the Packers next weekend, the Eagles are liable to play all their starters in the second half.😂
The Bears are down 13-0. Had the Packers not choked away the game in Chicago, they would've played their starters today and beat the Vikings. They would've ended the season 11-5-1 and would be thisclose to winning the NFC North. You get what you deserve.
It's still early, but the Eagles lead the Commanders 7-0, and the Lions lead the Bears 6-0. If the teams currently in the lead stay in the lead, the Packers would open, and most likely close their postseason in Philly.
Don't see Matt LaFleur being fired, even if #Packers are one and done in playoffs again. A mutual parting of ways that ends in a trade? Perhaps. Key will be whether Ed Policy is willing to commit to LaFleur for remainder of decade, or if LaFleur would accept a shorter extension.
According to Glazer, the reason LaFleur is in the conversation is because the topic of his future has been brought up weekly at press conferences. That's not true; I believe it was brought up once.
