LA state got 23 cents in rev\ for every credit dollar it approved in 2013 and 2014, according to a March report.
LA issued more than $1 billion in credits at an accelerating pace over the past 12 years.
LA The state gave $35 million alone in 2011 for The Green Lantern, more than the state will give to the University of New Orleans this year.
