My advice for all of you is make sure you enjoy watching this amazing squad. Block out as much of the rage bait as you can. Control what content you expose yourself to. There are no trophies up for grabs for 5 months. Take each game as it comes and enjoy it.

The players we had on the pitch at 1-0 it concerns me how we just sat back and couldn’t get the ball or play our game.

Imagine how mentally deranged you have to be to watch that game and 20 minutes later stick MOTD on

Players can’t get involved or do anything right then Trossard comes on and works magic every time

Anybody calling that winner an own goal is an enemy of the state and will be dealt with accordingly. Gabriel Jesus back and scoring the most melodramatic title turning goal of his dreams.

Arteta started Eze and Merino in the front 3 against a team that plays high then started Martinelli and Gyokeres the following week against a deep block. That’s abysmal.

3 points all that matters but I feel silly for looking forward to that. Thank God for Saka every day.

Why are we still taking long throw ins? We haven’t had even a mildly successful one in any game.

8pm kick off could we not just tell Martinelli this is a Champions League game

Please be Hincapie left back

If we get ourselves into the position to experiment I’d love to see MLS come on for Zubimendi.

If he keeps this up he could win young player of the year out there

38-year-old Jamie Vardy has just been named Serie A Player of the Month 🏆 Class is permanent 👏

This man would thrive in Guantanamo Bay

Fitness update from Arteta... Essentially it is "wait and see" for all of Rice, Saliba, Timber and Trossard. Arsenal have a training session this afternoon. None of the injuries/illness sound serious, though, and no new ones from Brugge.

I’m not sure why a lot of people seem to have decided Eze can’t play on the left after the Villa game. Arteta got the attacking selection wrong for that game but he absolutely can and will play there in many games. He did not play as a traditional 10 for Palace.

You all see who he’s a replica of, right? What a player

Rodrygo to City. Semenyo to Liverpool. Savinho to Spurs. Who goes to Arsenal?

As much as we enjoy shitting on Foden I really hope Nwaneri follows his path of staying at the club, staying patient and one day he will be the main man. Foden was a squad player for a few years at City when he’d have walked into almost every other team.

Impossible to find another who can do half of what Rice can do but we need to find someone who can cover and close distances like he can. Others in the squad can replicate some of his qualities but nobody else can do that.

Early morning thoughts Despite winning 3-0, there were quite a few moments where you saw Club Brugge find enormous gaps between our midfield and backline. That’s simply part and parcel of what to expect without Rice. We pressed M2M, but the moment we lose duels in the middle…

I think long term Hincapie is a left back and MLS is a midfielder. Mosquera is very much in the Saliba mould. I’d like us to find a young defender in the Gabriel mould.

Ticked every box in the rotation department tonight besides Zubimendi and Merino. Suspect we start with a Rice Ødegaard Eze midfield vs Wolves like we did vs West Ham.
