I’ve never understood entering IT solely for the money. That path feels unsustainable. Unlike retail or warehouse roles, IT demands deep technical skills and hundreds of hours of practice. Without genuine passion, you risk burnout when the paycheck runs dry.
Two reasons I should forever leave @Apple and @Windows alone: one is charging me for a subscription I canceled before using it, and the other has me completely locked out.
Chicago uber drivers built diff. Some Ubers accept the trip knowing they ain’t coming to get you. hope you cancel & they get a fee. Most hold on for 5 or 10 mins before giving up but Ahmad held on for 45 MINS! Respect You lost today, but you gonna be a great scammer one day.
I can respect some 9-5s that pay employees proper wages but the reality is that most of them try to scam you so they can keep more for themselves while they already have a lot usually it leads to their downfall, which is well deserved
SO I'm working on this code and then I have no faith that it runs and then suddenly it runs like :OOOOOOOO lol...
Before it was GameStop we had
Age yourself with a store that doesn’t exist anymore.
start with the fundamentals, computer architecture, embedded systems, and PCB design
I don't trust these benchmarks until Ai stops quoting reddit and wikipedia there is no AGI
Wow, my eyes must be playing tricks on me. Why does Ubuntu say I still have 127GB free on my hard drive?
A stable CLI interface? I do not remember seeing this when I was pipelining a couple years ago.
Okay so this class has me thinking... If I am able to maintain a cloud network and then create security for that network then I may gain a higher salary?
Linux. Kubernetes. Automation. Security. Master these four. Work anywhere.
I’d like to use Vi(m), but I don’t plan on running headless servers forever. I’ve had decent experience with it, so I’ll stick with a friendly GUI editor like VS Code.
Third time studying Python and I finally ‘get’ libraries and the syntax as a whole. Guess sometimes you just need to step away and come back to it. Anyone else have that moment where it finally clicks?
Why does coding feel simpler in Linux than in Windows? Windows commands seem more complicated compared to bash. Maybe an unpopular opinion, but that’s how it feels to me.
Communication is its own form of hacking. You find out what the recipient responds to, makes time for, and then is convinced to act on. This is often simpler and dumber and without the detail you think it expects. In fact, leaving stuff out is often critical. Find out how to win.
Switching from the GitHub CLI on Linux to GitHub on Windows has been a real challenge.
