Hi @HeathrowAirport can you please justify the massive increase in parking charges? 25% increase on the minimum charge is pretty much theft. This will encourage people to use the drop off areas instead of the car parks.

Hi @HeathrowAirport my client’s flight CX253 landed tonight at 20.53 and was at the gate by 20.58. It is now 23.15 and he is not through immigration yet. Why is this still happening? You can’t pass the blame on this to the airline.

Any drivers know if the Heathrow drop off fee ANPR is working yet? The same company run Gatwick’s and I get an instant notification that it’s paid on my autopay account but nothing so far from Heathrow from a drop off at 09.15 this morning.
