My grandad had a parcel due Monday 18th and not arrived! Customer service no help and no idea where it is! Itโ€™s causing him so much stress and heโ€™s waiting in for it because itโ€™s not a cheap item!

@parcelforce you are the worst people i had to deal with. I waited for a parcel for months, you pretended to deliver it and leave a card that never was there. Talking with customer service has been useless and now my item is lost or maybe got back to sender for the second time!
