Utilizing @RackPerformance during the Pandemic. Today’s workout is Tabata style. 30 seconds on with 15 second rest in between each set. No equipment needed. Good mix of lower body and upper body. Feel free to share and use!

Just received word that the 3A power meet in Halstead, KS that is scheduled for March 28th has been postponed. The goal is to reschedule but this will depend on the Covid-19 situation.
All PK students I stay ready so I do not have to get ready. If worse comes to worse and we close because of Covid-19 (this is completely hypothetical at this point) I will be posting all workouts online and modified so that they can be completed at home. You are welcome.
