Can someone clarify which arena qualifier weekend the current ranked season qualifies for? Infographic says Nov 1st-2nd, but play-ins before ranked season ends seems weird, also very short timeline for invites being handed out?! @fireshoes
Its been around 5-6 Months now that i won some foundations boxes at the @MTG_Arena Direct Event. I got this email 3 months ago now, didnt recieve any update ever since or any cash compensation. Adding the new arena direct less EV structure those events feel completly unplayable
Arena's customer service for the Arena Direct events is actual F tier. I wouldn't recommend playing the events to anyone. #mtg
Friendly reminder that winning an Arena Direct event might not even be good enough to get you the boxes @fireshoes (I've opened multiple tickets and they just close them after marking them as SOLVED)
Still waiting for foundations boxes too. Same situation, several tickets opened and I only received generic answers. I think that they have no clue where these boxes actually are...they should just make ammend and give people the equivalent cash prize. @MTG_Arena @Wizards_Help

Playing through legacy leagues isn’t as fun when they take twice as long from the awful lag Mtgo has been suffering. @MagicOnline I beg you please fix this
Lost in the top4 of the PIo Challenge cuz I timed out 🥲 I had lethal on board but MTGO was super laggy I am old and not the fastest clicker, but its kinda annoying the amount of lag we are experiencing lately
