Feeling more focused and positive. Am tired but am getting through the down patches

Nothing is going to get me down today, getting my work done and feeling good about myslef

feeling more positive and sociable, want 2010 to be my turning point

must learn to accet that i am loved and that i can be a nice person

cant shake off the down feeling need to break this bigeing and sleeping cycle

Drained and worried

Had a lovely weekend, had a couple of wobbles but managed to get through it, feel tired but so proud of myself

Exercise helped last week. Nervous about the weekend ahead, but generally feeling better. Third week of Citalopram- seems OK

dont want to do naything today, wish i was tired so i could sleep. Another arguemtn this morning, apprently i look for them. feel so empty

Someone upset me terribly last night, left me shaking and upset. Felt like crap when I got home and hardly slept, have pushed through today

Was feeling so good over the weekend, went Christmas shopping and even out into town on Saturday PM, then someone was a bastard to me

Feel bleak today, dont want to get out of bed and certainly dont want to face the world

Feeling down, down, down

Recieved report from CPN assessment last Monday, lots of information about me but no suggestions of how to move forward

Had a good sleep, feel more positive, exercise is helping I think. Side effects from tablets seem to have settled

Went swimming yesterday, felt good for the exercise. Slept well but feel very drained today, not a good sign

Want to make a fresh start again this week. Continuing with the tablets. Focus on work, and get to the gym again
