When a former student calls and says, "I quit my job for mental health reasons" all I can do is respond, "I'm proud of you! You made the right decision. Now reset and find a find a new path on your journey."
If a school is failing to "perform," look at the leadership, not the teachers. You'll likely find the "why" pretty quickly.
Personally check in on 'your people' today. They need more attention than the emails. The emails will be there later.
