Are you a fan of chicken burgers? I never used to like them- too dry and super boring, especially when you can have a big fat regular hamburger! But I started blending ground chicken with green olives and GUYS. SO GOOD.
Moms, do you ever give yourselves a day off and then just... do nothing? My husband and I had the rare treat last week when we put the kids with their all-time fave babysitter for the day & had a leisurely day date at a nearby Italian restaurant. Loved it.
