The fact that you know so little about our voting laws, controls, safeguards, and overall system is stunning.
The only way to ensure that every legal ballot is counted and every illegal ballot is discarded is to conduct a hand recount. This is exactly why Georgia updated our voting system so that there would be a physical ballot that could be counted and verified by hand.
With about 150 million votes, and Republicans desperate for even the most skimpy of fig leafs to their rhetoric of fraud, it’s truly stunning that despite all the sound and fury what they’ve found is, essentially, signifying... nothing.
