The Ricker family couldn’t stay away from school today. The whole family was picking up garbage around the school. Thank you Ken, Calvin, Kira and Annika!!!!

A huge thank you to all of the teachers, paras, cafeteria staff, clerical and others working today to get materials out to students and parents and preparing lunches for all our students! You are all my heroes!!!!

Persell students Amara Pacheco, Kayla Weise, and Alliyah Natal performed last weekend at the WGI winterguard competition in Pittsburgh. All 3 made the finals in their respective groups. Amara will be performing w our Varsity guard next weekend at the WGI Mid-West Power Regional
Coach Damcott held his annual Players vs Parents game at Persell today. Word has it that the amazing parents beat the students pretty easily!!!! Thanks Coach for another great year!!!!

Persell Honor Society members made Valentine’s Day cards for Mrs. Cook and Mrs. Maggio’s elementary students at Lincoln School. The students were very excited to receive the handmade cards.
Mrs. Johnson’s 8th Grade ELA PBL class was able to chat with their Namibian pen pals via Zoom. We chatted about the differences and similarities between our music, food, weather, and some cultural traditions. We are currently responding to our most recent letters from Namibia!
