Project teams don't magically discover how to successfully deliver projects themselves. They learn from successful people, they learn by applying it themselves, they learn by feeling safe to learn.
If your team can identify and solve project problems for themselves, then you no longer need to worry about them. You can rise above the day to day and do bigger things. #Agile #Empower #Autonomy
Your project team could be the next Tesla or SpaceX - they can take any challenge and successfully deliver a result. Your people could be a problem-solving machine, capable of dealing with any complexity. How will you build that capability this year?
If you're in a delivery role (Scrum Master, Project Manager, etc.), your value is based upon the size and complexity of the projects that you can successfully deliver. The more you can manage, and the better your team can deliver, means the more valuable you are to a company.
If you oversee an Agile team but can't effectively lead teams to deliver projects, then your career is in trouble. However, if you build the capability of your teams to deliver, then they will soon be able to deliver.
