I took few days off work, and now it's so hard to get back into the research mode. Peeling myself off the couch and getting to work is just so tough. And it's not even that the paper I need to work on is not interesting...

Break the vicious circle! And don't be afraid to seek therapy before you become a mentor yourself! Take care of yourself and of others!

Please don't go pranking your students. Pranks are the type of "joke" that can be just extremely unpleasant for others. Be just kind to your students and don't do anything to raise their stress levels, today or on any other day. #AcademicChatter #phdLife #Tired
