A necessary evil for every discipline IMHO. I think tests should be short and never longer than a day with generous deadlines. Personally, I think tests can be a good and unbiased way of hiring, especially in such a small industry where "I know a guy" matters.

There are many people with epilepsy who cannot drive and rely on public transport. But in many parts of the UK it is unreliable. People in many places also cannot use their disabled person's bus pass before 9.30am. @transportgovuk & @mark_j_harper need to address this problem.

this is not right. please do not let your child poke dogs/cats or any animals! guide dogs are very well trained but if you had done this with a dog that wasn't it could of been a very different story. Also, do not distract a guide dog!
