This is very true. Sometimes we are fortunate enough to get “the other side of the medical treatment” of cancer, but an entire new journey starts there.
Sometimes in life we can get trapped in our own minds. I find this image fascinating, in that we really don't realise our own strength. We can do anything when we spend sometime assessing the situation and realising this is easier than I have been thinking. #counselling
Sometimes making the jump is so difficult we decide to stay safe and not do it, then end up living with regret, Emotions often control our decisions, when really what are the facts that make us consider jumping in the first place? #counselling #emituons #therapy #mentalhealth
