@pokepotter29 hey we're very sorry about this! It's a bug, a fix was submitted last week and should be with you soon.
When we will fully support x&y? - There is no possible way to give a date on this. X&Y are very different games but we are working hard.
For those of you having trouble restoring previous purchases - a fix is already on it's way. (Yes, we are still working on X & Y support)
If we go quiet here at PokéBuilder it usually means we are working on something very, very exciting...
