She literally squealed. Blue's already terrified of ghosts from Lavender Town, don't do this. "O-Oh, it's. Just a Pokémon... Good." A sigh of relief, as she smiles through her pale face.
"Boo!" She jumped out in hopes to scare the trainer. Her arms clawed to look menacing.
"That's erm. A very odd laugh..." She's currently hiding out in a forest, so it just came from nowhere. Or it felt like it did.
