Hey @OldSchoolRS, can I get some clarity on this? The only thing I've used on this account is Chrome remote desktop to access my PC from my phone, as I often do on most of my accounts. First time I've ever been banned for it.

Not going to address the issue where permanent bans are applied in error which is why people were getting unbanned in the first place? Because your ban system is flawed? Just because you unbanned 38 does not mean more people weren’t impacted. 20 years for ZERO SUPPORT WITH BANS
